GB CARGO is a growing car hauling company specializing in open vehicle transport across the U.S. We move new and used cars from ports, yards and manufactories to dealer. As we scale our fleet and driver network, we need a sharp recruiter to help us find and onboard top-tier CDL drivers and dispatch staff who share our commitment to safe, on-time delivery. What we're looking for: 1–3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in trucking, logistics, or transportation Familiarity with DOT regulations, CDL requirements, and driver qualification files Strong communication skills — comfortable calling and texting candidates daily Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Indeed Hiring Platform, Tenstreet, or similar) Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit volume goals Knowledge of auto transport or car hauling is a big plus What you'll do: Source, screen, and recruit qualified CDL Class A drivers with auto-hauling experience. Post job listings across Indeed, DAT, CDLjobs, and other trucking-focused platforms Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with operations leadership Manage applicant tracking and keep candidate pipelines active at all times Verify DOT compliance documents, MVRs, and employment history Build relationships with driving schools, truck stops, and industry networks Assist with onboarding paperwork and orientation scheduling Base salary + performance-based commission structure #J-18808-Ljbffr GB Cargo Inc
