Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Utilize teletherapy as needed to ensure consistent support for students
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and student outcomes
• Work collaboratively with teachers, interventionists, and families to support communication goals
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide recommendations for classroom accommodations
• Monitor and adjust interventions based on student response and caseload needs

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience providing school-based SLP services, including developing and implementing IEPs
• Familiarity with virtual/teletherapy platforms for remote service delivery
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
