Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience serving students in a school environment is preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience or comfort with teletherapy platforms is an asset
• Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and educational needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services to students, supporting their IEP goals and progress
• Engage in both direct services and consultation, depending on student needs and modality (in-person or remote)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to foster student growth
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering expert recommendations to help shape learning plans
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations relating to school-based speech therapy
