Part Time Sales Lead

Sales Lead – Pandora, Kenwood Mall Deliver exceptional customer experiences and support store managers and sales associates to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans. Promote brand loyalty through outstanding product knowledge and memorable shopping moments. Provide real‑time feedback and guidance to help the team meet or exceed KPI goals. Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability for individual and store performance. Complete an assessment required upon application. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Results‑oriented seller with strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all levels. Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, demonstrating positive results. Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to set priorities and delegate tasks effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail point‑of‑sale systems. Minimum age 18; must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds. Benefits Base pay $14.35 to $17.95 per hour, commensurate with experience.
