The Track Facilities Coordinator supports the day-to-day operation, maintenance, logistics, and readiness of company facilities and event spaces. This role conducts routine facility inspections, coordinates maintenance and vendors, manages equipment and supply inventories, supports shipping and receiving, and assists with facility projects and special events. The position also provides hands-on support for race and event operations, including vehicle and equipment logistics, event setup and cleanup, and racetrack maintenance. The Track Facilities Coordinator works closely with leadership and other teams to ensure facilities, equipment, workspaces, and event areas are safe, clean, organized, functional, and event ready. What You'll Do Conduct daily facility walkthroughs to ensure buildings, workspaces, and event areas are safe, clean, functional, and presentable. Perform routine inspections, minor maintenance, and repairs; identify issues requiring specialized service. Apply general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, utilities, and building systems to support troubleshooting and routine maintenance. Coordinate with vendors and assist leader(s) with facility projects and improvements. Assist with racetrack restoration and maintenance, including asphalt, fence, wall, and on-track equipment repairs. Prepare facilities and spaces for events, meetings, and race activities, including equipment and furniture setup. Assist with event breakdown and cleanup operations. Provide general housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe facility. Coordinate race vehicle logistics, including receiving, logging, distributing, and preparing vehicles for shipment. Support the distribution of packages, deliveries, equipment, and materials during race events. Maintain accurate inventory records for vehicles, equipment, tools, supplies, and other company assets. Manage tool room organization, including checkout, return, distribution, and restocking of tools. Order, receive, organize, label, and store equipment and supplies; ensure obsolete equipment is properly disposed of. Maintain fuel logs and coordinate monthly fuel orders. Pick up materials from local vendors and safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment. Other duties as assigned. What You'll Bring High school diploma or general education degree (GED); (2) years’ experience and/or training in building services or business operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience. General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, utilities, and facility maintenance. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills for inventory tracking. Effective communication and vendor coordination skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. Basic digital literacy and ability to use iPads, computers, inventory systems, and related technology. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to perform hands-on work and safely move equipment and materials. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required for events. Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing and meet clean driving record criteria.
