Join Gainwell as a

Print Operations & Service Delivery Coordinator

supporting print production and service delivery for healthcare program communications. In this role, you will monitor print-production workflows, troubleshoot print and output issues, maintain forms and templates, track service requests, and prepare operational and quality reports. You will collaborate with business, IT, production, and client-facing teams to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality delivery while identifying opportunities to improve processes and service performance. What we're looking for

Minimum of

2 years of experience

in print operations, production support, service delivery, document processing, administrative operations, or a related environment. Experience monitoring or managing

print-production queues

using Prisma Print Server or a comparable print-management/production platform. Experience troubleshooting print-production issues such as failed jobs, formatting errors, output inconsistencies, or other document-production problems. Knowledge of

United States Postal Service (USPS) practices

and experience working with print forms, templates, documents, or other production materials. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, time-management, and communication skills; experience with

ServiceNow or a comparable incident/service-management platform

is preferred. What you should expect in this role

Full-time, on-site position located at 1872 Enterprise Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309. Work in a fast-paced production and service-delivery environment supporting services that directly impact providers participating in Medicaid programs and benefits. Regularly use print-production, document-processing, reporting, and service-management tools to monitor work, investigate issues, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate closely with business teams, leadership, clients, IT, and production partners to resolve issues and maintain quality and service standards.
