Open Position: Director of Sales Lead Sales Managers to meet quarterly sales goals with a focus on conversion, margin, contract quality, market conditions, model readiness, and Net Promotor Score. Increase sales, profitability, and Net Promoter Score year-over-year, reviewed monthly. Manage Sales Managers and division sales staff for continuous improvement. Oversee sales training and mentoring programs. Control incentives and expenses to meet company goals. Recruits, interviews, hires, and delivers training to supervisory and management staff in the department. Oversee workflow of the team utilizing established systems and processes. Provide constructive coaching and feedback during office visits to enhance KPMs. Collaborate with construction partners to ensure sales, starts, and closings stay on schedule. Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints promptly. Manage employee discipline and terminations per company policy.
