Director, Digital Commerce

We are seeking an experienced digital commerce leader to oversee strategy, performance, and growth across online revenue channels. This role will drive digital business results by optimizing customer experiences, leveraging data-driven insights, and leading cross-functional initiatives that support business growth. The ideal candidate balances strategic thinking with operational execution and has experience managing ecommerce platforms, digital marketing technologies, analytics, and customer engagement programs.Role: Director, Digital CommerceRole type: Direct hireLocation: Hybrid in Bellevue, WASalary: $135,000 - $145,000 DOEBenefits: Annual bonus, medical, dental, flexible spending account, retirement savings program, paid time off, holidays, employee purchase program, additional company-sponsored perksKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute digital commerce strategies that support revenue growth objectives.Oversee website operations, digital merchandising, content governance, and user experience enhancements.Monitor and report on digital business performance, customer engagement trends, and revenue-driving initiatives.Lead testing and optimization efforts to improve site performance and customer experience.Manage vendor relationships and oversee external agency partnerships.Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, operations, finance, and technology teams.Lead, coach, and develop digital commerce professionals.Establish reporting frameworks and performance dashboards that support executive decision-making.Identify opportunities to improve online customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term business growth.
