At Gold's Gym PNW, the Club Manager leads the day to day. You guide the team, run the day to day, grow the membership, and create the welcoming, high-standard experience that keeps members coming back. You oversee operations from end to end: the member experience, the front desk and service team, member services, and the club's overall results, along with any amenities your location offers. You own membership revenue and its performance month over month, you uphold the Gold standard on every shift, and you keep the club clean, safe, and running at a high level.

What You'll Own:

• Grow the club's membership revenue by driving new memberships, strengthening retention, and consistently hitting monthly targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver an exceptional member experience and reach club goals.
• Run daily operations from end to end, including the front desk, member services, cleanliness, facility presentation, and inventory.
• Oversee any on-site amenities your location offers, such as Kids Club at the clubs that provide it.
• Set the tone across the club and uphold the Gold standard on presentation, greetings, and member experience every shift.
• Track the metrics that drive the business and act quickly on what they tell you.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop the team while building a culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Resolve member concerns quickly, handle cancellations according to company procedure, and turn feedback into improvements.
• Where your club offers retail or concessions, manage those operations from merchandising and inventory to revenue.
• Reduce revenue loss through accurate processes, inventory controls, and proactive member account management.
• Own scheduling, workforce planning, and payroll accuracy so the club stays properly staffed.
• Manage purchasing of janitorial, office, and operational supplies within budget.
• Lead club marketing, community outreach, events, and promotions that grow membership and strengthen your club's presence in the community.
• Keep company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards consistently in place.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or another customer-focused field.
• A track record of leading a team, growing membership, and improving operational results.
• Strong presence and the ability to set a tone others want to follow.
• Strong coaching, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities with ease.
• Fitness club experience is a plus.
• CPR/AED certification, which can be completed after hire.

Physical Requirements/Environment:

• Must be able to work in an environment with occasionally high noise levels. The sound of weights clinking, feet flying across treadmills, and the laughter of lives changing can get loud.
• Must be able to move frequently through all areas of the club. Your day includes continuous engagement and interaction with team members and club members.
• Daily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, remaining in a stationary position for extended periods of time, and moving for prolonged periods of time.
• Occasionally required to demonstrate or explain proper physical fitness activities, techniques and procedures.
• Must be able to access and operate Company computer system including preparing documents, entering data and email.

Availability: Full-time, with flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and holidays to best serve our member community.
