Senior Safety Specialist

To support Pinterest's growth, the full-time Senior Safety Specialist will manage and evolve Spam enforcement guidelines, monitor vendor performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective platform integrity, while working remotely with occasional in-office collaboration. Key responsibilities Own and evolve Spam enforcement guidelines based on policy intent and operational signals Monitor KPIs for Spam workflows and lead recovery plans with Quality, Training, and Vendor Management Act as the primary contact for cross-functional partners on Spam enforcement, providing guidance and recommendations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in tech, specifically in enforcement and/or Spam management Proven experience in leading operational programs, including goal setting and KPI monitoring Significant experience with outsourcing and managing vendor relationships Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-changing environment
