Responsibilities Provide legal counsel and representation to clients, with a focus on general commercial, financial services, bankruptcy, and creditor remedies. Handle a diverse range of complex commercial litigation, including case management, discovery, and court appearances. Collaborate closely with a team of experienced lawyers, paralegals, and legal assistants to deliver exceptional legal services to clients. Take on a high level of responsibility and demonstrate professionalism and respect in all interactions with clients and colleagues. Requirements Self starter, driven, pride in work Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills Demonstrated understanding of creative problem solving and case management A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Prior experience in financial services, bankruptcy, or creditor remedies is highly desirable To be successful in this role, you must possess a combination of legal expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing high-quality legal services to clients.
