Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.Estimated hourly base pay: $20.67 (minimum) - $26.92 (midpoint) - $33.17 (maximum) Plus overtimeWoodward offers an extensive Total Reward package for this position, including:Annual cash bonus opportunityUp to 4.5% 401(k) match PLUS another 5% in Woodward stock options contributed to members' 401(k) accounts annually, bringing the retirement benefit opportunity to an amazing 9.5%Up to $5250 in Tuition Reimbursement annually for all members11 paid holidays, including a floating holidayHigh quality, low cost medical, dental, and vision InsuranceVacation / Sick Time / Vacation Buy-up / Short Term Disability / Bereavement leaveAdoption AssistanceEmployee Assistance ProgramMember Life & AD&D / Long Term Disability / Member Optional LifeSpouse / Child Optional Life / Optional AD&D / Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible SpendingVoluntary benefits, including:Home / Auto Insurance discountsWhole Life Insurance / Critical Illness Insurance / Legal Assistance / Military LeaveKey Responsibilities:Conduct Routine Maintenance: Performs basic maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery following standard operating procedures.Troubleshoot Equipment Issues: Identifies and resolves straightforward mechanical problems using established methods and tools.Maintain Maintenance Records: Documents maintenance activities and updates logs to ensure accurate tracking of work performed.Assist Senior Technicians: Supports experienced mechanics by providing assistance during complex maintenance and repair projects.Ensure Safety Compliance: Follows safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment during all maintenance activities.Prioritize and respond promptly to urgent maintenance and safety issues.General building maintenance tasks, examples including patching and painting walls, building and repairing furniture and cabinetry, repairing door hardware and flooring, moving equipment, setting up meetings, etc.Light plumbing tasks, examples including faucet/fixture repair/replacement (sinks, toilets, showers, drains, valves), air hose fabrication, piping system replacement, repair, and installation.Grounds tasks to maintain and beautify the exterior building and landscaping.Light HVAC tasks, examples including replacing belts and filters, adjusting thermostats, and cleaning coils.Light electrical tasks such as replacing bulbs, ballasts, and electrical switches and outlets.Inspect, maintain and test life safety systems such as emergency lights, fire extinguishers, exit signs.Conduct routing inspections of property and report deficienciesKey Skills:Mechanical Aptitude: Proficient in operating and maintaining machinery and equipment according to standard procedures.Preventive Maintenance: Skilled in performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment functionality.Troubleshooting: Capable of identifying and resolving straightforward mechanical issues using established guidelines.Technical Documentation: Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics effectively.Safety Compliance: Knowledgeable in adhering to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.Team Collaboration: Effectively communicates and collaborates with team members to achieve maintenance objectives.Operational Procedures: Familiarity with standard operating procedures for maintenance tasks and equipment handling.Tool Handling: Proficient in using hand and power tools required for maintenance activities.Time Management: Efficiently manages time to complete maintenance tasks within designated schedules.Quality Assurance: Ensures all maintenance work meets quality standards and contributes to overall work excellence.This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
