We take care of that so you can focus on doing what you love.What You Get: Earn $30–$45 per hour based on experience, control your schedule, work 5 hours or 40, choose the jobs and locations you want, support from a professional office team that oversees your work, optimizes your schedule and provides dispatching services.What We're Looking For in a Skilled Handyman:Multi-trade experience – Proficiency in carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing, electrical work, or general home repairs.Dependability & Communication – We take pride in our work and expect our craftsmen to do the same.Your Own Work Vehicle – A reliable truck or van that fits your trade(s).Your Own Tools – As a professional, you'll need your own set of tools to get the job done right.Smartphone – Must have a smartphone with reliable internet access and be comfortable using our in-field mobile app daily.Valid Driver's License – We take pride in offering our customers trustworthiness and confidence in our brand.Availability – Typical work hours are 8 AM – 5 PM, but we offer flexible scheduling based on your needs and those of our customers.What You'll Do:Complete maintenance or remodeling project by providing construction skills for residents and businesses in North/Northwest Chicagoland.Evaluate requests, price out all jobs, troubleshoot and effectively communicate with clientsFinalize appropriate job materials and quantities for all projectsOur Hiring Process:Within 24 hours: A live team member contacts every applicantWithin 3-5 days: In person interview in our officeWithin 5-7 days: Offer letter with start date and onboarding overviewAbout Handyman Connection:We're changing homeowners' lives with beautiful repairs and remodels.
