Assembler – Medical Devices

Location: Irvine, CA
Duration: 6 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay: $22/hour on W-2
Shift: 1st Shift

Job Summary:
Assemble and pack medical devices in cleanroom/non-cleanroom environments while following GMP procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble medical devices according to procedures and specifications.
• Perform quality checks and visual inspections.
• Document production data accurately.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow GMP, safety, and PPE requirements.
• Work effectively with team members.
• Handle small parts and tools with good manual dexterity.
• Work scheduled hours and overtime when required.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Good communication skills.
• 20/20 corrected vision and ability to pass required visual testing.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom and perform repetitive hand movements.
• Must be able to work on-site.
