Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Skilled Nursing Facility Contract
Location: Mattoon, IL Contract Length: 13 Weeks (Extension Possible) Schedule: 3×12‑hour shifts weekly
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Mattoon, Illinois . This role offers a stable schedule, a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to extend based on performance and facility needs.
Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility
Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
Monitor, document, and report changes in resident conditions
Support RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
Assist with daily clinical operations and resident care needs
Qualifications
Active LPN license in Illinois
Previous SNF or long‑term care experience preferred
Strong communication, assessment, and clinical skills
Reliable, compassionate, and committed to resident‑centered care
Schedule & Contract Details
3×12‑hour shifts weekly
13‑week contract with potential extension
Skilled Nursing Facility setting
