Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - McLeansville, NC Job Summary Galaxy ABA NC LLC is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in McLeansville, NC! As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing skill-building and behavior-reduction plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). With a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with developmental disabilities, you'll join a dynamic team that prioritizes kindness, respect, and positive experiences. Responsibilities Work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings Implement skill-building and behavior-reduction plans designed by a BCBA Use play-based, child-led approaches to make therapy fun and engaging Collect data on client progress and complete session documentation Collaborate with supervisors, parents, and team members Maintain a safe, supportive, and professional environment What We're Looking For High school diploma (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred) Completion of 40-hour RBT training (or willingness to complete before starting, provided by Galaxy ABA) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Physical ability to engage in active play, lift up to 40 lbs, and ensure client safety Ability to pass background checks and provide CPR, HIPAA, and TB clearance (support provided) What We Offer Hourly rate: $22 - $32 hourly Opportunities for advancement Paid training Flexible weekday schedules, with some weekend options Travel within the McLeansville, NC area required (up to 25%) A supportive team environment with training and mentorship Opportunities to grow into a Senior Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and beyond #J-18808-Ljbffr Galaxy ABA NC LLC
