As an Echo Technologist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing cardiovascular conditions through the use of advanced ultrasound technology. Your expertise will contribute to the accurate diagnosis and treatment of patients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to perform a variety of diagnostic procedures and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including 2-D echo with M-mode, color flow, and cardiac Doppler.
• Conduct stress echocardiography and transesophageal echo.
• Record and analyze procedure data, promptly informing physicians of critical results.
• Maintain and disinfect cardiology equipment and accessories.
• Assist with inventory management, clerical duties, and patient transport.
• Participate in cardiovascular meetings and continuous quality improvement (CQI) programs.
• Supervise and instruct students and new employees.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and patient privacy.
• Perform CPR and maintain a safe work area.
• Need 2 years experience in setting.
