What are you waiting for? APPLY TODAY! Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service. - Responsibilities include: Check members into the system. Conduct tours for prospective members and assist with new account sign-up. Update member accounts as needed. Respond promptly and professionally to member questions and concerns, escalating to management when necessary. Perform detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility. Qualifications/Requirements Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and colleagues. A positive mental attitude is a plus! Customer service experience preferred. Punctuality and reliability are essential. Diplomacy and appropriate behavior in all interactions. High School diploma or GED required. Must be 18 years or older. Physical Demands Standing and walking continuously during shifts. Talking in person or on the phone frequently. Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. Handling commercial cleaning products occasionally. We prioritize safety and cleanliness with strict protocols, including mask mandates and sanitation measures to prevent COVID-19 transmission.
