Engineer for AI Training

Role Overview

Apply your engineering expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality technical analysis, feedback, and real-world engineering input. No previous AI experience is required, the role centers on your engineering knowledge and judgment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze engineering documentation, including technical reports, design documents, and project analyses.
• Provide detailed written feedback, technical clarifications, and expert commentary on complex engineering scenarios.
• Assess the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of engineering submissions across multiple disciplines.
• Create practical engineering examples and problem sets that help AI systems understand real-world engineering contexts.
• Collaborate across functions to align deliverables with project milestones and requirements.
• Share industry best practices and technical insights to improve project methodologies.

Qualifications

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in an engineering discipline, such as mechanical, civil, electrical, or chemical engineering.
• Experience producing technical reports, design documentation, or detailed project analyses.
• Strong engineering documentation analysis and technical report writing skills.
• Clear, precise written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience contributing to multidisciplinary or cross-functional engineering projects.
• A proactive problem-solving approach and interest in technology and engineering education.
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory compliance, or engineering quality assurance processes is a plus.

Work Terms

• Remote independent contractor engagement.

Compensation

• $20 to $40 per hour.
