Key Responsibilities Engage with and supervise children in a playroom while parents work out. Create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for all children. Follow TruFit safety and cleanliness protocols consistently. Qualifications Ability to engage and connect with children of various ages. Energetic, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills. CPR certification. Requirements Prior work experience in a daycare/childcare environment is required, along with references. Infant and Child First Aid and CPR/AED certification required. (We provide this if needed.) Excellent communication skills are required with both children and adults. Have the ability to make children feel secure. Bilingual preferred.
