Responsible for projecting oneself in a professional manner and maintaining a neat and clean work area at all times. Responsible for bagging groceries, performing price checks, and carrying groceries to guests' cars.Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:Greet, make eye contact and "Thank" each guest that you service.Deliver a friendly, helpful, easy and safe shopping experience, that meets our guests' expectations.Project oneself in a professional manner in accordance with our dress code and personal grooming policy.Work in a safe manner and maintain a neat and clean work area at all times in accordance with our policies and procedures.Fill all guest orders with great care and efficiency (i.e.: bagging groceries, price checks, loading carts and carry outs).Operate the bottle return area in a safe manner and in accordance with all company policies and procedures.Maintain sufficient stock level on Front End supplies.Communicate new policies or promotional programs to our guests.Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.Minimum qualifications:Strong communication skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Must be reliable.Basic literacy.Basic computer skills.Education and experience: NAPhysical requirements:Standing constant 5-8 hours.Walking occasional 1-3 hours.Grasping/finger movement & dexterity- left/right hands constant 5-8 hours.Bending occasional 1-3 hours.Walking frequent 3-5 hours.Pivoting frequent 3-5 hours.Squatting/kneeling occasional 1-3 hours.Pushing/pulling occasional up to 75lbs.Lifting occasional up to 50lbs.Lifting frequent up to 25lbs.Equipment used: Bottle register/return area, buckets, sponges and mops, cleaning products, phone, computer applications.Our company does not discriminate against individuals on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, affection or sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, liability for military service, status as a veteran, gender identity or expression, genetic information, pregnancy, and any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.
