Part-Time Project & Service Administrative AssistantLocation: Boise, IDPay: $20 per hourHours: 20-25 hours per week between the hours of 9am - 4pm daily.Job SummaryThe Project & Service Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Project Management and Service Management teams. This role is critical in ensuring installation and service activities are tracked, coordinated, and completed efficiently while maintaining clear communication across internal teams and customers.Key ResponsibilitiesOther duties may be assigned as needed.Project SupportSupport Project Managers throughout installation and project execution processesManage initial job activation, tracking, and status updatesMaintain job status boards and provide regular progress updatesCoordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse teams to track parts and support safety stock levelsWork with the CAD department to ensure timely delivery and tracking of program requirementsAssist Project Managers in planning and facilitating weekly installation meetingsTrack job completions and perform project-specific closeout tasksCoordinate required change orders with Project ManagersCommunicate job status updates to customers as neededService SupportSupport Service Managers by reviewing open service and ATM call reportsWork closely with dispatch and field technicians to ensure service calls are current and addressedAssist Service Managers in planning and facilitating weekly service meetingsTrack service call completions and perform service-specific closeout dutiesCoordinate required change orders with Service ManagersWarehouse & Inventory SupportAssist with daily parts receivingSupport inventory management and warehouse duties as neededQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred2–3 years of related experience and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong computer literacy requiredDatabase knowledge preferredStrong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.BenefitsCook Solutions Group (CSG) provides our employees with the most comprehensive benefits program to enhance their quality of life.
