Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Manufacturing Helper to assist with various production tasks in our facility. The ideal candidate will contribute to the efficient operation of the manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality output while adhering to safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Assistance in Production:
- Support machine operators and production staff in daily tasks.
- Assist with the setup and operation of manufacturing equipment.
- Help with assembling, packaging, and labeling products as needed.
- Material Handling:
- Load and unload materials and products from machines and workstations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all materials are stored properly.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct basic inspections of products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Report any defects or issues to supervisors promptly.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in training sessions and adhere to company policies.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing equipment is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
