Strategic Director, Undersea Programs Operations
Serco
Serco is seeking a visionary Leader to support the PAE Undersea and Submarine Programs portfolio. This director-level role will manage technical innovation, strategic contracting, and lifecycle sustainment for advanced undersea platforms, reporting to senior government and industry leaders. The role requires an active DoW Secret clearance with immediate TS/SCI upgrade eligibility, U.S. citizenship, and 10+ years in defense, acquisition, shipbuilding, or related programs.
