Supply Chain Technology- Logistics and Fulfilment - WMS Manager (Warehouse Management)

Your Key Responsibilities Focus on the evaluation, design, customization and optimization of digital and cloud-based solutions, collaborating with various EY groups with digital capabilities to deliver solutions that bring our client’s digital vision and strategy to life. Exhibit leadership in managing complex technical initiatives, holding accountability for your team’s performance and results, guiding others with your expertise, interpreting issues, and recommending high-quality solutions while ensuring personal time is billable to external clients. Lead the successful delivery of workstreams, oversee progress and completion of project deliverables, engage in client-required travel, maintain constant client engagement, head workstreams from planning to execution and closing, reconnoiter potential opportunities for additional services, and command responses to specific requests for proposals. Providing broad technical and functional knowledge of various key technologies and business platforms. Teaming with client technology professionals and third-party strategic alliances. Formulating solutions to intricate problems. Influencing the establishment of new policies or procedures. Providing direction and feedback to subordinates. To Qualify for the Role A bachelor’s degree. No less than 4-6 years of relevant experience in emerging technologies related to logistics and fulfillment strategies. Related work experience and responsibilities delivering projects in Supply Chain Management and Warehousing domain. Lead and responsible for Blue Yonder WMS modules with deep functional/domain expertise and hands‑on experience in configurations, training, knowledge transfer, customer communications and documentation. Knowledge of the integration between Blue Yonder WMS and other supply chain systems like TMS or LMS systems. Knowledge of how PDC (Platform Data Cloud) works within the Blue Yonder WMS and other product ecosystem. Led and managed minimum 2-3 full lifecycle WMS implementations in large and complex environment. Ability to lead and facilitate workshop sessions, manage projects, resources and deliverables. Lead and participate in gathering business requirements, analyzing and transforming to application requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, leading functional design approval process, interacting with development team to test and deliver the solution, assisting customers during UAT, preparing and reviewing documentation. Working experience with Onsite & Offshore delivery model environment is preferred. Subject matter expertise in Order Management, Receiving, Shipping, Inventory Management, Appointments, Intelligent Fulfillment, Warehouse Controls, Labor Standards. Knowledge of leading Warehousing solutions such as SAP‑EWM, Manhattan is an added plus. Experience with systems/data integration. Flexibility and willingness to manage significant travel; must have a valid driver’s license. Ideally You’ll Also Have Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics desired; Master’s degree preferred. Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred. Knowledge on leading digital warehousing technologies like augmented reality, robotics, RPA, AI, etc. will be an added plus. Advanced knowledge in logistics software or transport management systems. Experience in leading cross-functional teams. Proven track record of implementing successful logistics strategies. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,00 to $267,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
