Position: District Manager – Automotive Industry Business Development
Department: Sales
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and Engage: You will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective automotive dealerships, forging strong and lasting business relationships.
Promote and Sell: Showcase our innovative finance products to automotive dealerships, highlighting their benefits and competitive advantages.
Market Insights: Dive deep into market research to uncover trends, market potential, and competitor activities within the automotive industry.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation, to bring new dealerships into our network.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams like marketing and product development to align sales initiatives with customer needs.
Compelling Presentations: Deliver compelling product presentations and skillfully negotiate contracts to secure new business deals.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a comprehensive pipeline of potential clients, meticulously tracking sales activities using our advanced CRM systems.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' offerings, providing valuable insights for refining business development strategies.
Exceed Targets: Demonstrate your sales prowess by achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the broader success of the sales team.
Industry Involvement: Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to keep abreast of market trends and expand your professional network.
Qualifications:
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the automotive industry or related sectors.
Financial Savviness: Strong grasp of finance products and their relevance in the automotive industry.
Effective Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and negotiate skillfully.
Independent Initiative: Ability to work autonomously, proactively identifying, and seizing business opportunities.
Results-Driven: A results-oriented mindset with a relentless drive to meet and exceed targets.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Travel Enthusiast: Willingness to travel extensively to establish and nurture dealership relationships.
