Position Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, assist with scheduling, and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish. This is a dynamic role that extends beyond answering phones. The position involves a variety of administrative, reporting, customer communication, and lead management responsibilities. Success in this role requires someone who is organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable shifting between multiple priorities throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency Respond promptly to new customer inquiries and leads Schedule appointments and coordinate with field technicians Maintain accurate customer records using spreadsheets and office software Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels Educate customers on the importance of dryer vent cleaning services Assist with administrative projects and operational support as needed Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust and loyalty Required Qualifications (Must-Have) Minimum of 3 years of experience handling high-volume inbound AND outbound calls Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing software Ability to multitask across multiple systems while maintaining accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle a variety of responsibilities throughout the day Versatile, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and coaching Work Schedule & Location Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Patterson, NY (in-office position) Why Join Lint-X?
