Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a professional financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This role blends strong communication, customer service, and attention to detail while supporting a caring team that values agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial services location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, office areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials as required by site policy, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
- Support daily operations by maintaining accurate activity logs, preparing incident reports, and assisting with customer service needs while upholding professional standards at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
- Be 21+ years of age.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
