In this unarmed patrol role, you will support daily site operations through clear communication, teamwork, and integrity while bringing a caring, agile, and reliable approach to every shift.

- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor, and employee entry procedures in accordance with site protocols and security-related requirements.
- Support day-to-day operations by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity, and by providing clear written and verbal communication during routine and emergency situations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
