? Earn More at Adrian Bay 2nd Shift: Up to $23.31/hour (based on experience) PLUS:

⭐ $6,000 Sign-On Bonus for 2nd Shift
⭐ $4,000 Sign-On Bonus for 3rd Shift

Start receiving your bonus on your SECOND paycheck with bi-weekly payouts!

Additional Pay:

• $1.50/hour Shift Differential (2nd & 3rd Shift)

• $3.40/hour Hazard Pay added to your base wage

• Daily Pay Available – Get paid when you need it!

What You'll Do

As a CNA at Adrian Bay, you'll make a real difference every day by:

• Providing compassionate, hands-on care to our residents

• Assisting with activities of daily living

• Building meaningful relationships with residents and families

• Working alongside an experienced, supportive nursing team

• Helping create a positive, resident-centered environment

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Certified Nursing Assistant (CENA/CNA) certification required.

• Successful completion of a State-approved Nurse Aide Training Program.

• A positive attitude, dependable attendance, and a genuine passion for caring for others.
