As an employee, you'll spend less time navigating systems and more time applying judgment, empathy, and expertise in the moments that matter most.Team MissionThe Tech Enablement team creates the technical foundation, reusable platforms, integration patterns, and delivery practices that move growth capabilities from concept to production reliably and at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine the Tech Enablement product strategy across shared data, API, model, agent, experimentation, integration, and developer capabilities.Maintain a prioritized roadmap and backlog based on user needs, enterprise architecture, reuse potential, technical debt, and measurable value.Partner with engineering and architecture to define platform requirements, service boundaries, nonfunctional requirements, and adoption patterns.Create clear product requirements and acceptance criteria for reusable components, environments, integrations, and operational tooling.Drive alignment across dependent product teams and enterprise platforms, resolving sequencing and ownership gaps.Measure platform adoption, developer experience, reliability, cycle time, reuse, and time-to-production.Lead launch, documentation, onboarding, and continuous improvement for shared technical products.QualificationsExperience leading technical products, platforms, or data/AI capabilities from discovery through production and adoption.Strong product management fundamentals, including vision, roadmap development, backlog prioritization, requirements, dependency management, and outcome measurement.Working knowledge of modern data, analytics, cloud, API, and AI/ML architectures sufficient to partner credibly with engineering and data science teams.Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear technical product requirements and make tradeoffs across value, feasibility, risk, and speed.Strong cross-functional communication and influence skills across business, product, design, engineering, data, privacy, security, and risk partners.Leadership & Ways of WorkingPut customer needs and measurable outcomes at the center of decisions.Work with confident humility: bring expertise, invite challenge, and adapt as evidence changes.Create clarity in ambiguity and make tradeoffs visible so teams can move with appropriate speed.Build strong partnerships across business and technology boundaries and share learning broadly.Operate with high standards for data stewardship, privacy, security, ethics, and enterprise risk management.REMOTE: Qualified candidates (outside of hub locations listed below) may be considered for 100% remote work arrangements based on where a candidate currently resides or is currently located.Work Locations: Bloomington, IL-Corporate, Dunwoody, GA-ParkCenter Hub, Richardson, TX-CityLine Hub or Tempe, AZ-Marina Heights Hub locations.Hybrid Work arrangement: A "Hybrid" position means selected candidates will be assigned to a facility and will spend some time working both in office and from their home. Hybrid work arrangement for Enterprise Technology is defined as residing within an 180-mile radius of the Hubs and Corporate.
