Your Role

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design individualized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based practices to enhance motor functions, cognitive skills, and daily life activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work effectively alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to guarantee a holistic approach to patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Share knowledge and techniques with patients and caregivers to encourage continued improvement at home.
• Track Progress: Document clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on track with their recovery.

Qualifications

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Continued education and professional certifications are encouraged and supported.

Licensing and Certification

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is essential.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
