Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of travel experience is preferred.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

• Trauma Level 2 experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Yale and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Yale.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: - OR experience required. - Trauma level II (but accept class I, traumas) hospital, must have experience with trauma hospitals.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - C-Arm and O-Arm preferred. - Previous Charge Experience: Preferred. Teaching Hospital Experience: Preferred Community Hospital Experience: Preferred LTAC Experience: Preferred

Unit Details: - Neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. -Free Parking Part of Yale New Haven Health System

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend. - 6 weekend shifts per 3 months; ability to pick up extra.

Floating Requirements: - Will float to Milford Campus as needed, with possibility for extra hours.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 07/04/2026, 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 01/18/2027, 05/31/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
