Mechanical Tool Designer

Seeking a Mechanical Tool Designer with strong experience in industrial/manufacturing automation, machine design, tooling, and material handling systems. Required Skills SolidWorks & AutoCAD Automation machine and high-speed line design Conveyors, material handling, SPM, and transfer mechanisms Jigs, fixtures, tooling, and pick-and-place systems Bowl feeder and sensor selection Pneumatic, servo, and robotic systems Standard component selection such as LM Guides, servo motors, bearings, etc. Engineering calculations and mechanical component sizing Electrical device knowledge including switches, load cells, and LVDTs BOMs, detailed drawings, and manufacturing documentation OSHA, CE, and ISO standards Experience coordinating with onsite/offshore teams, vendors, fabricators, and programmers Ability to lead and coordinate mechanical design activities #J-18808-Ljbffr Intellectt Inc
