Therapy Director
Christian Living Communities
Christian Living Communities, a nonprofit, faith-based senior living organization in Englewood, CO, is seeking a Therapy Director to lead comprehensive therapy services for older adults. In this on-site leadership role, you will oversee physical, occupational, and speech therapy programs across independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory support, and rehabilitation. Responsibilities include managing clinical quality and regulatory compliance, supervising and mentoring therapy staff, coordinating interdisciplinary care plans, monitoring outcomes, and driving program development aligned with person-centered, faith-inspired values. You will collaborate closely with nursing and leadership to support residents’ function, independence, and purposeful living.
