Are you an experienced, high-end Hardscape Mason who takes pride in flawless execution? A premier residential pool construction firm is immediately hiring a Lead Marble Deck Installer to join a top-tier field team. They specialize in luxury outdoor living spaces and are looking for a skilled tradesperson with advanced expertise in specialized marble deck layouts, drainage systems, and grading. If you have an eye for detail and want stable, year-round field work, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Premium Stone Installation: Lay high-end marble decks, travertine, and pavers for custom residential swimming pools and patios.
• Specialized Bordering: Execute flawless toe border installations and precision perimeter stone cuts to ensure structural integrity and premium aesthetics.
• Advanced Grading: Establish precise grades for proper water runoff, demonstrating specific swale experience to manage drainage flow away from the property and pool structure.
• Drainage Integration: Seamlessly design and install hidden drain systems (such as slot or slot-channel drains) within the marble deck layout so they function perfectly without disrupting the luxury visual design.
• Site Preparation: Read blueprints, prep sub-bases, screed sand/base material, and operate standard masonry tools and wet saws efficiently.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of professional hardscape installation, pool deck masonry, or stone setting experience.
• Technical Skills: Documented expertise in toe borders , pitch/slope grading ( swale installation ), and integrating hidden/slot drains .
• Quality Standard: A strong commitment to precise craftsmanship, sharp lines, and neat work sites.
• Reliability: Must have a strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and dependable transportation to job sites.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs), kneel for extended periods, and work in outdoor weather conditions.
