We’re looking for a reliable Entry-Level Patient File Processor to join New Paradigm Staffing , helping healthcare organizations organize and manage digital patient files.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured clerical work and wants to grow within health information management. You’ll gain real-world experience reviewing incoming files, updating patient folders, organizing document versions, and ensuring clean digital recordkeeping — all with targeted training from experienced HIM professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Process and organize patient files
- Review digital documents for correct placement
- Assist with version control and file cleanup
- Maintain document accuracy and consistency
- Follow HIPAA standards
