Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Lubbock, Texas

\n

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (07:00 - 15:00), Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Fridays 8am-3pm. No on-call, no weekends, no block schedules required. 91-day assignment.

Highlights: \n

\n
• Work with a robust cancer treatment program offering brachytherapy, EBRT, SBRT, SRS, and FSRT on Gamma Knife treatment modalities
\n
• Rotate among all treatment modalities and equipment including simulation with contrast orders and motion management
\n
• Utilize advanced equipment including Elekta Linear Accelerators (Infinity and VersaHD), Gamma Knife ICON, HDR Flexitron, C-arm fluoroscopy, and GE Discovery CT/Simulator
\n
• Join a great team environment with 7 full-time Radiation Therapists and excellent providers
\n
• Patient ratio of approximately 20 patients to 1 RT with a daily census of 45
\n
• Work primarily with adult patient population at a cancer research and treatment center
\n

Requirements: \n

\n
• Active Texas state license or compact license (must be in hand at submission)
\n
• ARRT-R (Radiation Therapy) certification required
\n
• BLS certification required
\n
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist; at least 1 year required
\n
• Experience with Elekta Mosaiq Record and Verify System preferred; Epic EMR experience a plus
\n
• Proficiency in external beam therapy, IMRT, stereotactic radiosurgery, CT simulation, and radiation safety
\n
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
\n
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years required
\n
