Job Description

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing professional assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and customer inquiries.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive experience.
Document customer interactions accurately within company systems.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Meet established quality and performance standards.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer satisfaction.
Follow company procedures, policies, and communication guidelines.
