Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week. Self-scheduling is available. Employees are required to work 4-6 weekend shifts within each six-week scheduling period. Telemetry Department Highlights 23 bed Med-Surg/Telemetry unit Self-scheduling that helps with work/life balance as well as opportunities for educational and career growth Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team Here's What You Need Nursing Diploma Nursing Req Or Associate's Degree Nursing Req Or Bachelor's Degree Nursing is preferred 1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program is required Critical Care RN Certification a plus, but not required. RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire is required And BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly is required CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 days is required And ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days is required NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 Days is required And PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support 90 Days is required Or ENPC - Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course 6 Months is required And TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course 12 months is required A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
