Buyer/Planner

Description Centrisys/CNP is an established company and a leader in the centrifuge manufacturing industry. We are an organization that is client-focused, team-driven, and a fast-growing enterprise with great opportunities for advancement. We are currently seeking a Buyer/Planner to join our team. Responsibilities Source, negotiate, and select vendors that meet the company’s quality, price, and delivery requirements Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery Review and analyze purchase requisitions (Demand) and generate purchase orders Monitor inventory levels to ensure minimum stock levels are maintained Ensure timely delivery of items and follow up with vendors on late orders Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data Prepare reports on purchase activity, safety stock levels, and supplier performance Requirements High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred 2–5+ years of experience in purchasing, buying, or planning Strong knowledge of purchasing principles, procedures, and manufacturing environments (machining, fabrication, electrical components, industrial commodities, steel, castings) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Microsoft Business Central, CRM systems, and Power BI preferred Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data analysis skills Effective communication and negotiation skills Proven ability to manage projects and drive cross‑functional initiatives Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Pre‑employment background check & drug screening required #J-18808-Ljbffr Centrisys/CNP
