• Minimum of 5 years of recent full-time experience as a CVOR CST in a high-volume hospital setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of cardiac/thoracic/vascular procedures.
• Must provide verifiable references from at least two prior travel assignments confirming no training was needed.
• Ability to function independently in a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Participation in call coverage for the service line after normal business hours and weekends.
