Advanced diagnostics & repair: Troubleshooting heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and light commercial refrigeration equipment. Leadership & mentorship: Supporting junior technicians, providing on‑the‑job training, and ensuring workplace safety standards are met. Preventive maintenance: Managing central plant operations to maximize equipment uptime and energy efficiency for large properties. Client communication: Interacting directly with facility managers to explain repairs, provide quotes, and recommend system upgrades. Represent Entek with professionalism, customer‑first mindset, and urgency on every job. What We’re Looking For A minimum of 8–10 years of hands‑on commercial HVAC experience. EPA 608 Certification & WA 06A license (required). NATE & factory training on major equipment brands are highly preferred. Advanced start‑up, warranty, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills across commercial HVAC systems. Deep knowledge of electrical schematics, refrigerant handling, brazing/welding, and HVAC software/controls. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Why Choose Entek HVAC?
