Our videos combine storytelling, comedy, challenges, action, and cinematic production to create content that children to adolescents enjoy along with their entire family.

We're looking for an organized, resourceful, and dependable Receiving and Inventory Coordinator to help keep our productions running efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, and supporting a creative production team behind the scenes.

No two days are the same—you may be receiving production materials, organizing inventory, managing props, coordinating international shipments, or helping ensure everything is ready for filming.

Responsibilities

• Manage props stores and inventory for production equipment, props, costumes, and supplies.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and track incoming deliveries.
• Prepare, package, and coordinate outgoing shipments, including international shipping and customs documentation.
• Track purchase orders and shipping timelines to ensure materials arrive before production deadlines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reorder supplies as needed.
• Coordinate logistics between production, creative, and operations teams.
• Assist with project management by tracking deadlines, vendor communication, and production needs.
• Develop and improve inventory storage, and warehouse organization systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and storage environment.
• Provide logistical support during video productions when needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Experience using Google Workspace.
• Ability to lift and move production equipment and boxes (up to approximately 50 lbs.).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
