About This Role The Registered Nurse (RN2) in Antenatal at Mass General Brigham provides professional nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. Highlights Location: Newton, MA Facility: Newton-Wellesley Hospital Schedule: Part-Time, Night shift (3x8hr shifts, 11:15p-7:15a) Pay: $41.38 - $100.00/Hourly What You’ll Do Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process. Oversee assigned team members and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Assess patients' physical, psychological, spiritual, cultural, and social needs. Individualize care based on assessments and collaborate with patients and families. Implement clinical and technical aspects of care and physicians’ orders. Evaluate patient responses to established goals and revise care plans as needed. Coordinate discharge planning with appropriate resources and team members. Ensure compliance with hospital standards and policies. Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance nursing practice. Document patient information accurately and timely. Requirements Education Nursing Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. Experience Demonstrated clinical competence as required by the specific job posting/specialty area. Licenses & Certifications Current RN License in Massachusetts required. BLS certification required. ACLS certification required within the first year of employment.
