Medical Receptionist & Insurance Specialist- Bilingual- Conroe Location We are a busy and patient-centered family medical office committed to providing high-quality care in a welcoming environment. Were looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly bilingual Medical Office Receptionist and Insurance Specialist to be the first point of contact for our patients. Responsibilities Greet and check in/out patients in a professional and courteous manner Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and collect co-pays Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Handle basic administrative tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and HIPAA-compliant front office Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Bilingual Required (English and Spanish) Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance verification is a plus Proficiency with computers, EMR systems, and basic office software MUST HAVE EMR systems experience; preferred EPIC experience Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Professional appearance and positive attitude What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Supportive team environment Training and growth opportunities Benefits such as health insurance, dental and vision, PTO, retirement plan, etc. How to Apply Please submit your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io.
