State Licensed Health Coach

Virtual Vocations Inc

Providing remote support to military members and their families, the full-time State Licensed Health Coach will deliver individual and group coaching sessions, develop personalized wellness plans, and utilize Motivational Interviewing techniques to promote optimal health and wellness. Key responsibilities Deliver individual and group Health and Wellness coaching sessions in accordance with COA and URAC standards Develop personalized wellness plans tailored to each client's values, goals, and needs Document all services and follow-up activities accurately and timely within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Nutrition, or Personal Training/Fitness Current certification in Health and Wellness Coaching from a program approved by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) Knowledge and understanding of military lifestyle and culture Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic documentation systems Ability to successfully pass criminal history and credential verification checks
