Plumber/General Maintenance Technician

Full-Time Plumber/Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Full-Time Maintenance Technician with light plumbing experience to join our rapidly growing commercial and residential property management team.

Responsibilities:

Perform general building maintenance and repairs
Handle minor plumbing repairs and installations
Complete basic electrical repairs
Conduct routine property upkeep and miscellaneous repair tasks as assigned
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including light cleaning and litter control
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Interact daily with commercial, medical, and residential tenants

Requirements:

Previous maintenance experience preferred
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Occasional weekends and on-call duties as needed
