CRM Integration Specialist

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field or equivalent work experience
3 years of experience with Zoho product suite, specifically the CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, and Analytics modules
Experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations in the Zoho product suite using the Data Enriched Language for the Universal Grid Environment (Deluge) scripting language
Experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations in Zoho utilizing the Java development environment
Experience building files in XML (Extensible Markup Language) based on defined standards
Knowledge of systems analysis, technical documentation techniques, monitoring tools/techniques, and reporting/analytics techniques
Knowledge of design, development and implementation of tools and techniques for integrating enterprise applications, including web services and other integration architectures
