Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN licensed Certifications: CNA certified Must-Have Skills/Experience: Acute care experience IV starts Feeding tubes Ostomies Wound care Description: Rehabilitation hospital is a state-of-the-art, 80-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation facility. It is dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injury or illness. Rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. Customized and individualized rehabilitation is tailored to the specific needs of patients. Common patient conditions include stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. The goal is to maximize health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. The facility is accredited by recognized organizations for comprehensive integrated inpatient rehabilitation. The nursing team will work in a supportive environment that fosters teamwork and patient focus. Patient ratios are 1:6/7 for RN and 1:10/12 for CNA. Equipment includes standard hospital tools, and there are no ventilators in use. Experience in rehabilitation is preferred but not required. The facility serves adult patients aged 18 and older. A high level of accountability and strong customer service skills are essential for this role.
